As everywhere in our new everyday life, rules for the safety of all of us now apply on vacation. These include distance rules and increased hygiene measures in front of and behind the scenes.
We take great care to ensure that everyone keeps the safety distance. There are disinfection facilities in the entrance area of the hotel and our employees are regularly subjected to a COVID test to protect you.
Requirements for entry and residence
The prerequisite for arrival is a negative PCR or antigen test, which must not be older than 72 or 48 hours at your check-in. This is known as the entry test. If proof of vaccination is presented (from 22 days after the first vaccination up to a maximum of 9 months after the second vaccination) or a written confirmation of proven recovery (up to 6 months), the negative test is not applicable.
Guests who have not been vaccinated or have recovered must renew their test after the 48 or 72 hours on site. Testing is possible here free of charge. Please always carry your respective proof with you, as you can also use the mountain railways, huts and other leisure facilities with it.
In order to give you a little flexibility with your vacation in this time of uncertainty, we have adapted our cancellation policy for all direct bookings in summer 2021:
You can cancel or rebook your booked stay free of charge up to 7 days before arrival.
In the last 6 days before arrival as well as in the event of a no-show, 90% cancellation costs apply.
When entering the hotel, we ask you to disinfect your hands using the disinfection stand provided.
In order to shorten waiting times, we also ask our guests to send us the details for check-in before arrival by email or using the QR code in your booking confirmation. Please send us your certificate regarding vaccination, recovery or negative testing in advance and bring it with you to check-in.
In order to also comply with all hygiene and distance measures to protect the health of our guests and the hotel team in our small “wellness area”, we ask you to register for our steam bath and hut sauna the day before.
The daily room cleaning was adapted to the new standards and our housekeeping team works with cleaning agents that contain disinfectants. After departure, the rooms are thoroughly disinfected again and well prepared for the new guests.
